Preparations for drama academy
With a unique professional approach and tried-and-tested pedagogical methods, mentors Romana Petrušić, Mirela Brekalo Popović and Goran Grgić will guide you through the complete process of selection, analysis, preparation and performance of assigned material for entrance exams.
Regardless of which academy you apply to, with our mentors you will acquire the basic skills needed to take the entrance exam. Most often, between 10 and 20 sessions are required for complete preparation.
You can choose the mentor yourself (the choice will be offered to you on the application form). With Romana, you can choose whether you want to do the preparations in English or Croatian, while Mirela and Goran conduct the preparations exclusively in Croatian.
Preparations are held individually. You get a discount by paying in cash.

Romana
Romana is a professional actress, with more than 20 years experience in teaching drama to students from 2 to 82 years of age. She worked as artist-teacher in John Robert Powers, Rockville USA and Imagination Stage, Bethesda USA, directed student, amateur and professional theatre productions in LA, Washington, Perth, Sydney and Zagreb. Romana is a founder and the president of inart, where she works on EU projects, teaches drama classes, directs student productions and prepares young candidates for auditions at drama academies. Her students have been admitted to acting programs at National Theatre School of Canada, New York University, AMDA, Roosevelt University, Manhattan School of Music, and many others.
Mirela
Mirela Brekalo Popović is a famous Croatian theater, television and film actress. She has been part of the Komedija City Theater since 1979. She won a special award from the Association of Dramatic Artists of Croatia in 1983 for the role of Margerita, and in 2011 won the Golden Arena in Pula for the main female role in the film 'Kotlovina'. She is a drama pedagogue in universities in Rovinj and Pula and has taught stage speech at the Academy of Dramatic Arts of the University of Zagreb. She is a member of the Croatian Society of Drama
Artists and worked with students at the Academy of Drama Arts in Zagreb. She has performed numerous roles in radio dramas and numerous dubbings of animated films.
Goran
Goran is a theatre, television and film actor and a national champion of drama HNK, Zagreb. He received multiple awards for his work and is the winner of the most outstanding artistic awards (Vladimir Nazor Award, Award of Hrvatsko glumište, Mila Dimitrijević HNK Award...), festival awards (Orlando DLJI Award, Marulić Days, Satire Days, Histrionic Summer...) and high honors in the Republic Croatia (Danica Hrvatska with the image of Marko Marulić, City of Zagreb Plaque).
